Return and Refund Policy 


Yo-Yo DESK® pricing includes a £12 fee when shipping to the EU and United Kingdom.

Lead time is typically 2 - 3 days after dispatch. We dispatch all orders placed on weekdays from our facility within 24 hours. This excludes public holidays and weekends. Any order placed on a weekend or bank holiday will dispatch on the next business day. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer.

Orders placed after 12.00 noon (GMT) weekdays or on weekends for delivery do not dispatch until the following business day.

Days indicated are business days, Mon-Fri only. There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery. The day your order dispatches does not count as a time-in-transit day.

Shipping times are guideline estimates and may not be guaranteed. We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.

Cancellation / Re-scheduling


Once a delivery appointment has been confirmed with you it may only be cancelled or re-scheduled subject to an additional fee being paid (ie £12 delivery charge).

We want to give you the best sit-stand desk experience possible and most importantly start you on the right footing. We stand confidently behind our solutions, so we suggest trying them out for 30 days, risk-free – and importantly following our Sit-Stand Guidelines published with the support of the Get Britain Standing® campaign. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Yo-Yo DESK® for any reason, let us know and we’ll arrange for collection from your home or office and refund you in full. No if, buts or maybes! 

Return Policy


Thanks to our risk free 30-day money back guarantee, you may return any product. We’ll even cover your return shipping costs. However, we do require you to keep your original shipping box in case you need to return your Yo-Yo DESK®Please call Customer Service for more details.

Your money will be refunded in full to your credit/debit card within 5-7 business days upon return receipt of your Yo-Yo DESK® product.

Our 30-day money back guarantee lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If in the unlikely event this item arrives with any faults, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt by email with photographic evidence of the damaged item to make a valid claim.

If our initial investigation does not resolve the matter within 48 hours, we will collect the faulty item and either refund it or provide you with a replacement.

Product Warranty


All Yo-Yo DESK® solutions come with a limited, 3-year product warranty from the date of purchase through yo-yodesk.co.uk.

Customers who have any issues with our products should initially either call us, email us or submit a ticket with our customer service team through your online account.

Warranty Repairs: Any failure from normal usage will be repaired free of charge and Yo-Yo DESK® will return the product to you directly at our cost. We will ask for photographic or video evidence for our records. A failure is a mechanical breakdown of or defect in the unit that affects the user's ability to operate the product as intended. 

If it is determined that the failure was caused by misuse or abuse of the product, repairs and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. No refunds are available after the initial 30-day risk free period.

Warranty Returns: Any returns outside of the initial 30-day money back guarantee window, but before the 3-year product warranty window, may require customers to pay the freight costs to send the product(s) back to our warehouse.

Items damaged in transit may be returned or replaced under our 30-day money back guarantee. We may ask for an email with a fault description and photographic or video evidence for our records.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please call our customer service team at . Once the item is rerouted back to our warehouse and we verify receipt, you will be issued a full refund. This usually takes a few days.
