EU DELIVERY ONLY

Delivery: 8–9 weeks

As this is a custom made order it cannot be returned unless in the event of a fault which we are unable to repair.

CANCELLATION / RE-SCHEDULING

  • Once an order has been confirmed it may not be changed or cancelled. Your purchase is a “customised order” and any change requests will be subject to our agreement.
  • Cancellation of your installation date, once agreed will be subject to a surcharge, and rebooking fee.

RETURNS

  • In the unlikely event any item arrives with a faults please inform us within 24 hours of receipt by email , with photographic evidence of the damage to make a valid claim.
  • If our initial investigation does not resolve the matter within 48 hours we will collect the faulty item and either refund it or provide you with a replacement.

Safety

All our fabrics and foam are tested to 'Ignition Source 5', passing EU Fire Regulations, ensuring safety and protection for users, and massively reducing the risk of ignition in case of a fire.

Calls & Meetings

The Penelope meeting den features acoustic foam for sound preservation and a 650-lumen fire-rated LED bulb for optimal lighting, preventing glare and headaches.

Power & Ventilation

Being comfortable within the Penelope meeting den is paramount! Working to suck out and replace over 100 cubic feet of air per minute, these meeting pods will stay fresh and maintain your set temperature. With a noise rating of 26dB, it won't become a distraction while you're working. We offer a wide range of power options including EU sockets, USB-A and USB-C connections.

With thousands of fabric colours and styles to choose from, you are spoilt for choice! We work with some of the biggest fabric manufacturers to give you quality and quantity. Too much choice? Don't worry. Our expert team are here to help should you need assistance.
